Black Friday - Conditions of participation
The prize draw includes a free 3-hour workshop for five winners. Each winner can choose between the following five workshops:
- Relaunch-Shop workshop
- Migration Shopware 5 to Shopware 6 (Migrationsworkshop)
- Consolidation of CMS and store into one system (store system workshop)
- B2B Shop (Visions-Workshop)
- Interface workshop
The organizer of the prize draw is elio GmbH, Perchstetten 1, D-35428 Langgöns, represented by Sascha Vorderstemann. The prize draw will be organized via our website www.elio-systems.com.
Any natural person over the age of 18 who is resident in Germany is eligible to participate. Employees of elio GmbH, synQup GmbH, elio cloud solutions GmbH and relatives of employees are excluded.
By participating, the user agrees to the conditions of participation.
To take part in the prize draw, the participant must register using the registration form provided within the campaign period.
The prize draw lasts for a period of 8 days. It ends on Black Friday. This means that the prize draw starts on Friday, 17.11.2023 and ends on Friday, 24.12.2023 at 23:59.
The winner will be selected in a randomized draw and notified by e-mail the following week.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days, a new draw will be held and the original winner's claim will be forfeited.
Data that we receive from participants in the course of the prize draw will be used exclusively for the purpose of the prize draw. This data is neither stored nor passed on by us.
The organizer shall only be liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent on the part of the organizer or a legal representative or vicarious agent of the organizer. Otherwise, the liability of the organizer is excluded. In particular, the organizer shall not be liable for damages resulting from the disclosure of personal data due to errors in data transmission and/or unauthorized access by third parties.
Legal recourse is excluded. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively. Should any of these provisions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these conditions of participation.
